Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project tasks to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Coordinate with the creative, production, and marketing department to plan, monitor, and execute tasks.
- Maintain clear and constant communication with client representatives and the management team.
- Utilize project management software to assign and track work.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Proactively solve problems and address issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in management or any relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, or Corporate Brands.
- Understand the know-how of advertising and creative workflow.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of various departments, including creative, content production, client strategy, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in project management software (notion, slack, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to figure out the solutions.
