Location: Pokhara Office

Duration: 1 year with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise with local municipalities, primary healthcare providers, and community health workers for the design and implementation of planned activities.
• Develop strategic plans and work packages for project implementation.
  Identify and coordinate with municipal stakeholders and assist in establishing the technical advisory committee.
• Support the establishment of the consumer advisory committee within the municipality.
• Organize and document regular meetings of both the technical and consumer advisory committees.
• Conduct system assessments and analyze data from the municipality to identify individuals living with hypertension and diabetes.
• Support research activities and data management.
• Collaborate with primary healthcare providers to design and execute capacity-building activities.
• Pre-test tools and conduct semi-structured interviews with stakeholders.
• Monitor, support, and build the capacity of research assistants in data collection and management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in the public health sector.
• Strong data management skills.
• Fluency in both English and Nepali.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preference will be given to local candidates.
