• Proficiency in both English and Nepali, with excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships in diverse project environments.
• A proactive mindset, capable of navigating project complexities and advocating for meaningful change.
