• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality OR Management from a reputed College/University
• Minimum two years experience in Hospitality Industry
• Experience in managing hotels/resorts will be an added advantage
• Experience in dealing with people from travel and trade-related fields.

• Very good organizer. Able to get things done from travel / trade-related people.
• Active person and able to work in a team
• Persuasive and good communication skills
• Able to keep properties in high standard of amenities
• Proficient in Written/Spoken English
• Able to work using various apps on a smartphone must be tech savvy.

Job Description:

• Will be responsible for the efficient operation of various apartments and houses of the company under the supervision of the Managing Director
• Will be responsible for keeping all the properties in great condition with all amenities in top working condition
• Will be responsible for required repair and maintenance of all the properties to keep it in great condition.
• Will coordinate with the communication / marketing team for smooth guest transfers.
