Location: Kathmandu Valley, Lumbini & Karnali

This position entails to specifically look into the overall function in the respective province/region. S/he will be responsible for formulating, guiding and supervising business strategy and activities. S/he will directly report to management on the business plans and progress.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (Master degree preferred) of formal education.
• At least 10 years of work experience in marketing with 5 years in insurance industry.
• Prior engagement in similar position with proven track record would be an advantage.
• Well acquainted with the directives of the statutory body and life insurance products.
• Experienced in training and corporate culture.
• Strong leadership and business sense to communicate, motivate and guide the team members.
• Valid driving license.
• Not exceeding 50 years of age.
