Job Purpose: The position is overall responsible to lead the province-level Project Support Unit and work closely with the Project Implementation Unit of the relevant Province Ministry; provide technical assistance to the Province Government (PG) and Local Governments (LGs) for the implementation of the project activities; collaborate with PG, LGs, private sectors and their associations in respective provinces regarding the Dual VET; and responsible for respective Province’s finance, administration and human resource management.

Required Education, Experience, and Social Competence: Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Science, Business Management or in any relevant discipline. Minimum 7 years of working experience in project/programme implementation with minimum 3 years of experience with Province and local governments and proven experience in managing finance, administration, and human resources of the project. Prior experience in TVET and industry associations/chambers will be an advantage. Commitment towards gender equality, social inclusion, and poverty reduction.

Duty station: Any one of the 3 provinces – Koshi, Lumbini and Bagmati Province.

Duration: Till 15 July 2025 with the possibility of extension.
