Province Officer based in Madesh province, Karnali Province and Sudurpachim Province (Position -3) 

Qualification, Skills and knowledge:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s in education or others subjects as equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in project related works, documentation, communication.
• Ensure the collection, sharing and disseminating of the project experiences, learning an good practices.
• Designing, planning, documenting and implementing advocacy and campaigns related interventions.
• Experience of working with province governments, coordination and management of project activities at the provincial level.
• Good Interpersonal skill to deal with the colleagues in the organization.
• Willingness to work under the pressure and multiple deadlines.
• Good communication skills both in speaking and writing.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting to develop inclusive education methodologies and tools.
• Proven track record of working with all Province and Local government and CSOs.
• Demonstrated experience in small grant handlings, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ability to design and implement training programs and curricula.
• Knowledge of the SESP, GIEN, ReAL Plan and experience in its implementation is highly desirable.
• Good experience in facilitating training for diverse target groups.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Nepali languages.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, WordPerfect, Excel, PowerPoint).
