Qualification/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management within minimum 5-7 direct experience in Sales & Marketing along with ability to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall guidance, direction, and leadership to the team, ensuring that they are effectively trained, motivated, and equipped with the tools and resources necessary to achieve their sales targets and objectives.
• Set reasonable and achievable sales targets, monitor the performance of the sales team, and provide ongoing coaching, support, and motivation.
• Collecting customer feedback and providing regular updates to senior management on customer needs, concerns, and trends in the market, in order to inform product development and marketing strategies, and build brand awareness and loyalty.
• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
• Develop and manage budget for sales and marketing activities in the assigned province.
