Required Qualifications and Competencies:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in social or health sciences or a related field, with at least five years of experience in monitoring health, nutrition, and food security programs.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, STATA).
• Skilled in MEL systems setup, database management, and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel frequently to field locations.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and the ability to build trust with diverse groups.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and team coordination abilities.
• Proficient in English and Nepali, both written and spoken.
• High ethical standards, respect for diversity, and a commitment to Helen Keller International’s values of courage, integrity, rigor, and compassion.
