Starting Date: January 2025

 

Duration of contract: One year with possibility of extension.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced university Degree in Gender Studies/Women’s studies, Public Health, Sociology, Development Studies other pertinent fields.
  • At least five years of increasing responsibility and professional experience in management and development relevant to gender-based violence, gender equality, reproductive rights, adolescent/youth empowerment, public health, or similar roles.
  • Substantive knowledge and practical experience in the area of gender-based violence prevention, ASRH, CSE, advocacy, program implementation, and monitoring and evaluation.
  • Experience working with the provincial and local government agencies especially on system strengthening and policy advocacy,
  • Experience in reporting to UN agencies and bilateral donors
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Nepali
  • Ability to work collaboratively, supportively, and respectfully with others in multicultural teams and strong networking skills.
