Other Specification:
- Masters’ degree preferably with specialization in Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology etc. with minimum of 3 years work experience in the reputed academic institutions.
- Experience in psychosocial counselling services to the students will be an advantage.
- High level of motivation, integrity, commitment, and professional responsibility and flexible to working hours.
- Ability to tolerate cultural, educational, and religious diversities in the work place.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in service delivery and ethical measures.
- Fluency in English language, and excellent analytical and report writing skills.

Job Description:
Duration: Initially 1-year with the possibility of extension. The first 6-months will be a probation period.
Responsibilities:
- Support and enhance counselling service for but not limited to +2 students, employees and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement the programs on individual and group counselling in response to the specific needs of the students.
- Develop and facilitate mental health promotion activities (e.g. stress reduction activities, mindfulness meditation, etc.) in order to promote students and staff wellbeing.
- Establish network with mental health professionals and relevant stakeholders for referrals and to provide continuum of care for Global College of Management (GCM) students, as needed.
- Provide education and consultation to faculty and staff on the issues relevant to students’ mental health, behavioral matters, and their educational performance.
