Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field of bachelor degree in any other relevant field with certified six months counseling training.
• At least 2 years of experience providing psychosocial support or counseling, preferably with GBV survivors.
• Strong understanding of gender issues, human trafficking and GBV in the context of Nepal.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and in challenging environments.
• Fluency in Nepali and proficiency in native language and English.
