• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer, Career Advisor, Counsellor or similar role, Preferably in a recruiting or HR environment. 
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of career development theories, counseling techniques and assessment tools. 
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Empathetic listener with a genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their career goals. 
• Proficiency in MS office; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Explain the active demand to the job seekers (applicants) in best possible plain terms. 
• Counselling to the visitors and candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents, agency, candidates and the visitors.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, assessments and job placements.
• Collaborate with recruitment team members to ensure candidates receive comprehensive support throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, labor market trends, and recruitment regulations.
• Maintain Proper records and follow up on candidates and agents. 
• Prepare reports on PR activities and results.
• Create and implement PR strategies to promote the company’s brand, demand and services.
