- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of career development theories, counseling techniques and assessment tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Empathetic listener with a genuine interest in helping individuals achieve their career goals.
- Proficiency in MS office; experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

- Prepare reports on PR activities and results.
