Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Identify appropriate source and plan recruitment strategies & activities.
- Targeting sufficient suitable candidates & dealing with enquiries from aspirants.
- Aggressive follow ups with aspirants to ensure sufficient application and enrolment.
- Organize, manage and do all the needful prior & at the time of each interview drives.
- Prepare & submit daily progress reports to managers/supervisors with adequate information.
- Maintain Report or day book with the full entries of dealing customer and shortlisted candidates on daily basis.
- Liaison with clients, candidates, departments at the time of interviews.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- At least SLC graduate with Basic English. 12 passed will be advantage
- Should have 3-5 year similar job experience in recruitment agency
- Must have good PR/rapport with Terai Area and trade categories
- Must be able to make frequent field visit with specified recruitment target
- High Quality Customer Service and basic knowledge of word & excel
- Strong Work Ethic, well groomed and goal oriented
- Precise verbal and written communication (English, Nepali & Local Language)
- Knowledge of local language (Maithali, Bhojpuri, Awadhi, Hindi) will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, Overachieving and Positive Attitude
- Friendly, Professional, Adaptable, Hardworking and Smart
- Can give sufficient time and work under high pressure.
