Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer in Recruitment Agency or similar role
- Experience managing customer relations
- Background in researching, writing and editing publications
- Proficient in MS Office, social media, scanning/copying and storing documents
- Strong communication ability (oral/telephonic and written English)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and willing to work long tenure
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
- At least +2 Graduate with proven experience, Bachelor Degree will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Planning recruitment strategies and activities
- Dealing with enquiries from the candidates and stakeholders
- Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management
- Prepare, distribute, edit and update promotional material and office publications
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
- Track media coverage and follow company trends
- Prepare and submit PR reports and Manage PR issues
- Aggressive follow ups with all sources to arrange suitable candidates.
- Organizing and managing the candidates at the time of interview drives
- Providing daily reports to Secretaries/Coordinators and Managers with information about new progress on recruitment
- Maintaining a Report format or day book with the full entries of dealing sources and shortlisted candidates on daily basis
- Liaising with clients, recruiter and candidates at the time of interviews.
