Responsibilities: Responsible for all purchase related works of all companies under Goenka Group functioning with great organizational, planning, networking and time management skills with minimum supervision with all stakeholders involved including colleagues/seniors/juniors at the office Conducting market research/product research, corresponding, product & price evaluation, negotiating with National/International vendors for the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals, sourcing new suppliers and vendors for all products/spare parts/equipment/machineries as required for Oil/Steel/Cement Plants and for other Import/Export of Goods/Products ensuring all National/International Standards are met and preparing appropriate Reports for the Management Use appropriate Management Software Tools, performing inventory inspections and re-ordering supplies, stock as necessary, reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately and process for refund/insurance claim processes Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock, coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled Coordinating with Suppliers/Customs Agents and Logistic Companies as necessary during the whole process of purchase/procurement of goods/equipment etc., monitoring day to day Dollar fluctuations, hedging and fixing Price Rates and perform all other works as per instruction by Department Head Must have Driving License Note : Candidates will be chosen and called as per application date on first come first basis.
