Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance. 
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and basic of SQL. 
• Familiarity with load testing frameworks (e.g., Locust). 
• Knowledge of basic programming languages such as Python, Java with OOP concept and have clear concept of CI/CD. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Openness to acquiring skills in automation technology stack based on project requirements. 

Good to Have: 

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira,) is a plus. 
• Quality Assurance related certification such as ISTQB. 
• Scrum Certification.
