Qualifications/Skills: Responsible for the construction projects by managing and controlling costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and supporting the successful completion of projects with minimum 5 Years of experience. B.E./M.E. in civil engineering.

Responsibilities:

1. Review/ Verify the budget of Projects, submitted by the project team/consultant with all required drawings and supporting documents and coordinate by the revision of the same.
2. Verifying vendor’s invoices at office/ Sites before payment to prevent the errors.
3. Keeping track of each project’s deadline and compare the progress accordingly to complete the project within estimated time and cost.
4. Prepare monthly reports of the projects/works and report to PMCC finance.
5. Preparing BOQ with a detailed descriptions of each item from the design drawings as per specification and measurements.
