Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BBA, BBS or equivalent work experience.

Technical Requirement:

• Good Knowledge of Google Sheets (Excel), Docs, and Forms: Proficiency in using and managing Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms for data organization and documentation.
• Skills in Managing and Maintaining Google Sheets and Documents: Ability to efficiently organize, update, and maintain data in Google Sheets and Documents.
• Knowledge of Banking and Financial Applications (Nice to Have): Familiarity with banking and financial applications is desirable for a more comprehensive understanding of the industry.
• Experience in Core Banking System/Co-operatives/Financial Institutions (Nice to Have): Previous experience working in core banking systems, co-operatives, or financial institutions is considered an additional advantage.
• Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal and Written: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members.
• Basic Knowledge of Different Testing Methodologies: Understanding of various testing methodologies to apply appropriate testing techniques.
• Basic Knowledge of Agile Testing Process: Familiarity with Agile testing processes to align with iterative and collaborative development methods.
• Bug Hunting Appetite: A proactive and keen interest in identifying and resolving software bugs, ensuring product quality.
• Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong problem-solving skills to analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
• Self-Learner: Ability and motivation to independently acquire new skills and knowledge to stay updated in the field.
