Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Additional certifications in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), such as ISO 9001 or relevant training in construction materials and testing, are preferred).

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all materials meet project specifications and standards
2. Conduct on-site tests (e.g., soil, asphalt, concrete) and prepare sample reports for laboratory testing
3. Maintain proper records of test results, inspection reports, and quality certificates
4. Ensure compliance with design and technical standards as per project requirements
5. Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards
6. Identify, report, and address quality non-conformances and suggest corrective action
7. Work closely project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
