• RM/PM testing & Analysis
• FGs/Intermediate Testing & Analysis 
• Awareness of Lab instruments and equipment’s & Calibration
•  Customer Complaint analysis
•  Initiatives of new development for cost saving
• Internal rejection analysis , Vendor audits & developments
•  ISO preparation and monitoring
• Work off initiatives
• RM/PM evaluation
• daily report and MIS presentation
•  LCF updating and monitoring
• Reporting to HOD.
   

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge about Paint Products , RMs/PMs ,Paint Testing , Paint Processing & Machines ( SM,BM, TSD, Pug Mixers etc.)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years in QC or R&D in Paint Industry
• Graduate /Post Graduate in Paint Technologist (B. Tech/BSc/MSc/BE Chemical)
•   Awareness about EHS, 5S, Kaizen , CLTI , ISO & NS.
