- Perform accurate quantity surveys & measurements of hospitality construction work.
- Prepare/ verify BOQs, schedule of rates & pricing documents.
- Contract management & documentation.
- Comparatives and rate analysis.
- Estimate of work and budgeting.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in a 5-star hotel project.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering can apply.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Great networking abilities.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
