Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting

- Generate and manage leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and properties.
- Client Consultation and Relationship Management
- Provide professional real estate consultation services to clients.
- Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored property solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Property Showcasing and Marketing.
- Conduct property showings to prospective buyers and renters.
- Create engaging content to showcase properties through various media, including social media, video tours, and virtual reality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute property marketing campaigns.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the customer service and management teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve company processes and client satisfaction.
- Professional Development and Brand Building
- Stay updated with real estate market trends and best practices.
- Reports to sales manager
- Actively seek opportunities for personal growth and professional development.
- Build and promote a personal brand that aligns with the company's values and goals.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Freshers may apply but priority to Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
- Experience with property marketing or client relationship management.
