  • Minimum High School Diploma (+12).
  • Must have two-wheeler license.

 

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely collection of payments by visiting customers, following up via phone or email, and submitting receivable department letters.
  • Handle all banking tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and obtaining bank statements as needed.
  • Support the receivables team by helping collect overdue payments and providing daily collection figures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, follow-ups, and other correspondence.
  • Deliver invoices and receipts to customers, ensuring documents are verified by the accounts department.
  • Perform various out-of-office tasks (e.g., visits to banks, tax office, customer sites) as required.
  • Report daily to receivables and accounts departments and assist with other tasks assigned by management.
