Job Description:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer telephone calls, transfer calls to appropriate departments, and take detailed messages
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling of diagnostic tests
- Collect payments from patients, process insurance claims, and maintain accurate billing records
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for daily sales and inventory
- Maintain cash register and handle daily cash transactions with accuracy
- Familiar with accounting software to maintain financial records and handle petty cash
- Maintaining records and handling tax/VAT related matters
- Ensure the reception area and waiting room are clean and tidy at all times
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
