Client Interaction:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and take accurate messages.
- Respond to client inquiries about abroad studies ,countries, Language classes -IELTS/PTE, German, Japanese , others and services both in person and over the phone.
Administrative Duties:
- Schedule and confirm appointments of students with counsellor..
- Maintain and update students records and booking information.
- Assist in the preparation of academic documents, medical booking ,NOC applications and visa updates.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Office Management:
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, maps, forms).
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure a clean and organized office environment.
Job Specification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within the Education consultancy industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of travel software and booking systems is an advantage.
