Job Description:

  • Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Take and relay messages as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and update contact information and visitor logs.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and employees.
  • Address and resolve any inquiries or issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
 

Job Specification:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
