Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Handle basic inquiries and direct clients to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage and schedule appointments for clients and staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and order supplies when necessary.
  • Support other staff members with various tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
