Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Assist with office repairs and maintenance
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors
- Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms and manage catering requests
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor is preferred.
- Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
