Job Description:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Accurately type documents in Nepali as required.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Enter and update information in the database accurately and promptly.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of +2 passed in Business Management.
- At least 1 year of work experience as a receptionist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in Nepali and English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent typing skills in both Nepali and English.
