Receptionist:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a relevant customer service role, preferably in healthcare
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in call management software
- Fluent in English, Maithali and Nepali, Hindi is a plus
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
