Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Greet and welcome student and visitors, providing them with information and assistance.
- Answer direct phone calls in professional manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with team to support daily operations and events.
- Support other administrative function as needed.
Working Hour: Morning (6:00AM to 3:00PM) / Day (9:00 AM to 5:00PM).
Qualifications, skills, & requirements:
- Minimum +2 level or Bachelor degree
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft office suite and office equipment
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
