Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Greet and welcome student and visitors, providing them with information and assistance. 
  • Answer direct phone calls in professional manner. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. 
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously. 
  • Coordinate with team to support daily operations and events. 
  • Support other administrative function as needed.

 

Working Hour: Morning (6:00AM to 3:00PM) / Day (9:00 AM to 5:00PM).

 

Qualifications, skills, & requirements:

  • Minimum +2 level or Bachelor degree 
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft office suite and office equipment 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. 
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
