Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure all visitors adhere to company protocols.
  • Provide basic information and respond to inquiries about the company.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure seamless communication.
