- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails effectively.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Schedule and manage appointments or meetings as needed.
- Provide information about the company’s services and address inquiries.
- Assist in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
- Handle and distribute incoming mail or deliveries.
