Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum +2 (Intermediate); Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Well-presented and professional.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite ( Excel,MS.Word)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails effectively.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Schedule and manage appointments or meetings as needed.
  • Provide information about the company’s services and address inquiries.
  • Assist in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations.
  • Handle and distribute incoming mail or deliveries.

 

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Polite, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
