Job Description:
- Assist in the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, following up with customers in professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, including payment history, outstanding balances, and contact information.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve any billing or invoicing issues that may arise, ensuring accurate and timely customer billing.
- Work closely with the Accounting department to ensure the accurate recording of all customer payments and adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including accounts receivable aging reports, to provide insight into the company's financial performance.
- Collaborate with the account & finance manager to develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding accounts receivable.
Job Specification:
- High school degree or Bachelor degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or finance role, preferably within the paint industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.
