JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Competency in data management and online systems.
