• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR positions
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of professional English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to practical situations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, and candidates at all levels of the organization
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets
• Bachelor's running or completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles
• Timesheet and payroll management
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates to clients
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance report
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, facilitating feedback and offer negotiations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates
• Build and nurture a network of potential candidates and clients through ongoing relationship management.
