Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
- Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to deal with candidates, hiring managers and clients.
- Capability to build relationships and work well within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and possibly HR software.
Note:
- 8 hours shift [5 days a week, 9-5 UK time] [1:45 PM to 9:45 PM Nepali Time]
- Preference is given to candidates with 2 wheelers.
