Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in BPO / Call Centre with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions across multiple departments.
  • Professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workday), and HRIS systems.

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing and leverage social media.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate offers effectively while balancing both the candidate’s and company’s needs.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage candidate data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
