Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in BPO / Call Centre with a proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions across multiple departments.
- Professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workday), and HRIS systems.
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including direct sourcing and leverage social media.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to influence and negotiate offers effectively while balancing both the candidate’s and company’s needs.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage candidate data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
