Job Description:
- Coordinate with clients to define requirements for open roles and present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles.
- Search resume databases and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates.
- Negotiate terms of hire with candidates and provide guidance to facilitate the negotiation process.
- Maintain candidate databases, send job offers, and follow up with clients to assist with the candidate onboarding process.
- Conduct exams, verify applicant documents, post vacancies, prepare approvals and reports, and schedule interviews as required.
- Send recruiting emails to candidates and follow up when necessary.
- Perform any other task assigned by the concerned authority.
