• Developing sales program for achieving a target
• Overseeing and conducting market research
• Developing and implementing sales strategic and product knowledge
• Make growth on the existing area and penetrate the new area
• Develop distribution Channel
• Manage and monitor the sales team
• Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding  sales performance
• Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers
• Develop a performance improvement plan for the sales team to meet performance goals
• Route planning for the Junior sales team
• Dealers visit every month making route.

Note: 

• Preference shall be given to local candidates with prior experience in the FMCG industry.
• Candidates must have two wheelers with valid license.
