Regional Service Manager (Two-Wheeler Automobile Industry)
Location: Eastern Region
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage service operations in the Mechi, Koshi, and Sagarmatha regions.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Lead and train the service team to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure service quality meets company standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to align service offerings with customer needs.
- Analyze service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealers.
Qualifications:
- At least bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service management in the automobile industry, preferably two- wheelers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the Mechi, Koshi and Sagarmatha regions is a plus.
