Requirements:

• Master’s degree in economics, environment, management, public policy, or other relevant field with two to three years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with three to five years of work experience in a role with project-based assignments, with substantial client-facing components, experience in monitoring and evaluation projects, and at least a year of direct project management experience.
• Experience in environment, social science or economic field research or experience conducting field research in developing countries.
• Proactive in managing multiple tasks, managing, and working in the virtual work environment, and flexible and open to managing time for working with different teams in different time zones as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, team building and management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written English and Nepali including documentation skills.
