- Accept, process and verify reservations; also check for overbookings and available options
- Be jointly responsible for updating reservations and for observing and implementing the pricing policy
- Write outgoing invoices (customers), check incoming invoices (suppliers), handle deposits and monitor timelines of payment receipts
- Assist Sales and Front Office teams at peak times.
Job Description:
- Handling reservation, Answering phone calls and email inquiries
- Excellent command of English Language in both written and verbal
- Taking advance and Process Card payments and sending confirmation to guests/ agents.
- Managing rates on OTA, Checking payables/receivables and look after all the requests of online guests
- Confirm bookings, cancellations on daily basis and checking room inventory for the following month
- Assist Sales Team and coordinate with Front Office.
- Collecting information, maintaining good relations with customers and agents.
- Other administrative works assigned by Manager and Directors
- Must be well-disciplined and career oriented
- Should have good knowledge of OTA platforms and reservations
- Ability to priorities task and function effectively
- Knowledge of IDS will be an advantage.
