Job Description:
We're seeking a dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to join our vibrant and inclusive team. If you have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the experience to match, we want to hear from you:
- Coordinate daily with the restaurant, coffee bar and bar of the Anamnagar Union House restaurant and banquet operations
- Control operational costs and identify measures to minimize wastage / spoilage
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Provide orientation and training to the new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Organize and supervise shifts of the team members
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
- Collaborate with the Public Relations Head to deal with hall booking and ensure all management of the event
- Ensure delivery of superior service and customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Conduct regular review product quality
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
Other Specification:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant/banquet management experience
- Must have knowledge of Restaurant management software knowledge
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Financial management skills
- Good communication skills including email correspondence
- Bachelor degree in hotel management/business administration will be plus point.
