Job Description

• Contribute to the implementation of retail strategy.
• Overseeing the Retail operations for merchandising and enhancing in-shop visibility for the brand.
• Serve as a point of contact for upcoming regional and local branding and events
• Support to development retail activity calendar, ensuring all activities are fully tagged, tracked, and evaluated
• Competitor's activity tracking and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management stream.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in (Paints, Construction industry & FMCG industry)
• must have own two wheeler with valid driving licence.
• Must be team player with a result oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills.
