We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Account manager to maintain solid relationships with the company’s key clients. The Sales Account manager’s responsibilities include growing the company’s revenue by ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided and identifying new business opportunities for clients. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. Requirements: Professional experience in a sales, business development, or similar role Amazing customer service skills Ability to meet deadlines Solution-focused mindset Experience with CRM and project management software (e.g., HubSpot and ClickUp) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Good attention to detail and organizational skills A proactive attitude Ability to work independently to achieve deadlines and with less supervision General mathematics and pricing skills Good work ethics and integrity with the ability to work with a diverse team – Teamwork means dream work. Job Description Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs Contributes to customer retention by strengthening relationships through account management and maintenance Serves customers by completing enrollments and conversion mailings, responding to requests, resolving complaints, and maintaining quality service Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Contacts prospective clients and maintains regular communication with existing accounts Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Prepare reports and contracts by collecting and analyzing information Employ research and data-gathering skills to prepare pricing models, proposals, and presentations Monitor market trends and adjust sales efforts accordingly Upsell, cross-sell, and promotion opportunities and communicate within the department regularly Any other relevant duties as required from time to time High preference for Arts and Crafts enthusiastic.
