Job Description:
- Align day-to-day tasks (Market visit plus sales conversion) according to the guidance provided by the supervisor and furnish the day-end report.
- Work in line to achieve the set performance benchmark.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Implement strategies to attract new customers and expand the subscriber base.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure the reduction of suspended and inactive customer accounts by the end of each month.
- Provide the Supervisor with daily updates and reports regarding non-contactable customers (Upcoming/Inactive/Suspended).
- Work closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to marketing campaigns and services.
Job Specification:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively present and promote products or services.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
