Job Description:

• Create plans to attract clients and increase bookings, ensuring the hotel achieves its sales targets and revenue goals. 
• Research and identify potential corporate clients, establish contact, and build relationships to generate leads and sales opportunities. 
• Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential guests. 
• Meet with corporate clients, showcase the hotel's offerings, and present tailored proposals and pricing to win new business. 
• Negotiate contracts and terms with corporate clients, ensuring mutual agreement and satisfaction. 
• Finalize bookings and secure client commitments. 
• Nurture existing corporate clients by providing excellent service, managing client expectations, and ensuring client retention and repeat business. 
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and branding initiatives targeted at corporate clients. 
• Managing promotional materials, such as brochures, websites, and social media platforms 
• Provide insights on market trends and client preferences. 
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and corporate events to represent the hotel, generate leads, and build professional connections within the corporate sector 
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing recommendations and adjustments to the sales and marketing strategies accordingly. 
• Analyze sales data, market intelligence, and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts. 
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and market share.
