Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of working experience, including experience in a senior management position
• Age: Minimum 30 years old
• Education: Minimum +2 level or diploma qualification
• Skills: Strong team management abilities and experience
• Communication: Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of basic accounting and computer software
• Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle
• Sector Experience: Experience or interest in the food and beverage (FnB) sector is a plus
• Gender Encouragement: Females are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description:

• Manage and lead a team to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee daily activities and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Handle basic accounting tasks and manage administrative duties
• Utilize computer software for day-to-day management and reporting.
